Defining One-Time And Recurring Expenses

7 views 0

🧭 How to Get Here

From the top menu bar, go to:
Admin → Operating Expenses

🎯 What Is It For?

This screen enables you to define when and how often an expense should be applied within SellerLegend—whether it’s a one-off cost or a regularly scheduled recurring expense. You can also assign an expense specifically to a product or to a marketplace.

💡 Tips!

  • You can schedule expenses with future start dates; SellerLegend will begin deducting them from that date forward.

  • Operating expenses are cached for performance → allow up to 1 hour before they appear in your Settlement Periods.

  • To edit an existing expense: use the ⋮ (Options) dropdown and select Edit OOE.

  • To add a new expense: click the ➕ Add button at the top-right of the screen (next to the View Manager).
