How Do I Bulk-Download/Upload Product Settings For All My Products?

🔍 When to Use This Feature

If you need to update product settings for hundreds or thousands of SKUs, SellerLegend allows you to manage them efficiently via bulk upload using Excel.
Note: Product settings are managed per marketplace — the process must be repeated for each one individually.

🪜 Step-by-Step Workflow

✅ Step 1: Download the Product Settings Template

Navigate to Products and Inventory → Products List.
Click the Import/Export button (Next to Getting Started).
In the resulting Import/Export panel, under the EXPORT section:
- Select PRODUCT SETTINGS AND ATTRIBUTES as the report type.
- Choose the account/marketplace under Account ID.
- (Optional) Check the box Don’t export hidden/ignored products.
- Click Export.
Navigate to Reports → Exported Reports.
When the STATUS column shows DONE, click on the 3 dots menu at the beginning of the row and click the Download button to save your Excel file.

📝 Step 2: Edit the Downloaded Excel File

Open the file in Excel or another compatible application.
Update the settings you wish to change (see the field definitions below).
Save your changes in the Excel sheet.

💡 Tip: If this is your first time downloading the report, default values will be prefilled. You may also see newly added products in the list.

🔼 Step 3: Upload the Modified Excel File

Navigate to Products and Inventory → Products List.
Click the Import/Export button.
Under the IMPORT section:
- Select PRODUCT SETTINGS AND ATTRIBUTES.
- Choose the same account as you used in the EXPORT.
- In REPORT EXCEL FILE, click on Choose File and Select your edited Excel file.
- Click on the Import button.
Navigate to Reports → Imported Reports to monitor progress.

🛠 Error Handling

On completion of the import, if the import status is DONE_WITH_WARNINGS, click Download to and open the downloaded Excel file to see the errors.
In the Excel file, problematic fields will be highlighted in red.
Hover over the red fields to see Excel comments with error descriptions.
Correct the error in the Excel and re-upload the updated file.

Repeat the upload/download process until all errors are resolved.
