If you decide to cancel your subscription, the process is quick and can be done entirely from your account dashboard.


๐Ÿ”“ How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

  • Visit the SellerLegend app and log in using your registered username and password.

  • Click the Account Profile icon located in the top-right corner of any SellerLegend screen.

In the dropdown menu, select Payments.

On the Payment Information screen, click the Cancel Subscription button.

โš ๏ธ Important: Only the admin (parent) account can cancel the subscription. If you are logged in as a guest user, the cancellation option will not be available.


๐Ÿงพ Billing and Data Retention Details

  • Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of your current billing period or trial period, depending on your account status.

  • If you have never completed your billing profile, you must do so before cancellation can be processed. Our billing system requires this step to finalize the subscription status.

  • Upon cancellation:

    • โœ… No further charges will be made to your card.

    • ๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Your data will be automatically deleted 30 days after your trial ends or after the end of your last billing cycle โ€” whichever is applicable.


๐Ÿ›‘ Please Note

To prevent accidental data loss, SellerLegend support staff are not authorized to cancel accounts on behalf of users. Account cancellations initiate a data deletion process, and we take data privacy and control very seriously. For this reason, all cancellations must be performed directly by the account holder via the dashboard.
