How Do I Hide or Un-hide A Product ?

In some cases, you may want to remove a product from your active view in the Products List without deleting it. This article shows you how to hide or unhide individual products, and how to do it in bulk.

🔒 To Hide a Product

1. Navigate to Products an Inventory → Products List.

2. Locate the product you want to hide.

3. On the row of your product of choice, click on the three dots next to the product.

4. Select Hide Product from the dropdown menu.

✅ The product will now be hidden and no longer appear in the default Products List view.

👁️ To Unhide a Product

1. Go to Products an Inventory → Products List.

2. Click the Filters button in the top-right toolbar.

3. In the Hidden filter dropdown, select Show Hidden True.

4. Click the Filter button.

This will display all hidden products for the currently selected marketplaces (see the Select Marketplace/Group in the top-left corner to change marketplace).

5. Find the product you want to unhide.

6. On the row of your product of choice, click on the three dots next to the product and select Show Product.

✅ The product will now reappear in the Products List.
